“Rx had been on backorder at another location in town for over a week. Called this location to see if they had the medication on hand and would be able to fill it if I were to have the Rx sent to them. James verified the specific dosage and quantity during the initial call, said that he would be able to fill it, and offered to email/fax my pcp to get it transferred as quickly as possible. I received a text notification that the Rx was filled and ready for pickup within a few hours.
Outstanding customer service on his part, which I would absolutely consider going above and beyond.”

“Two weeks ago I decided to get my tire pressure sensors replaced. The light was on my dash for months. They provided me with an estimate, and it was a quarter of the price of what the dealership estimated. I went for it and was very pleased. In under an hour, all four sensors were replaced and the light went away! Two weeks later all is still good, and I am happy with their work!”

But ever since Stefanie became the pharmacist tech the employees seems to have a way more friendly and welcoming attitude. I appreciate that. I have previously left a bad review I am changing this review because I have seen a big change in the staff customer service.”
