“Rx had been on backorder at another location in town for over a week. Called this location to see if they had the medication on hand and would be able to fill it if I were to have the Rx sent to them. James verified the specific dosage and quantity during the initial call, said that he would be able to fill it, and offered to email/fax my pcp to get it transferred as quickly as possible. I received a text notification that the Rx was filled and ready for pickup within a few hours.

There has been more than one occasion where she has gone above and beyond to make sure I received my meds, including wrestling with my insurance, and just going out of her way to help me. “Ames Sam’s Club is one of my favorite places to shop because it’s just so convenient and easy. They have a wide variety of products, and while I wish they carried a few more gluten‑free options, I still find plenty of great items every time I go.
The Scan & Go feature is a lifesaver, especially when I’m juggling littles. Checkout is quick, simple, and stress‑free. I also absolutely love the Sam’s Club app — it’s seamless, intuitive, and we use it constantly for gas. It’s so much faster than pulling out a card, and having everything organized in one place makes shopping incredibly convenient.
One of my favorite perks is Sam’s Club Plus, which lets us get orders delivered right to the house. As a stay‑at‑home mom, this is perfect. It saves time, keeps things simple, and makes stocking up on essentials so much easier.
The staff here is consistently friendly and well trained. They’re easy to talk to, always willing to help, and great at answering questions. The store itself is easy to navigate and usually has everything I need.
Overall, this Sam’s Club is reliable, convenient, and packed with features that make everyday life smoother. Definitely worth the membership.”

“Two weeks ago I decided to get my tire pressure sensors replaced. The light was on my dash for months. They provided me with an estimate, and it was a quarter of the price of what the dealership estimated. I went for it and was very pleased. In under an hour, all four sensors were replaced and the light went away! Two weeks later all is still good, and I am happy with their work!”

“Such a friendly staff! I love going to Walgreens in Ames for all my daily essentials. I usually place at least 1 pick up order from them a week, and while I’m in there I end up finding 10 other things I can’t live without. The store is always very clean, and again the staff is so awesome!”
