“They have been doing vet care for my cats and dog for years. I ended up at another vet clinic for the last two years because my daughter was working there before heading to Iowa state.

However, when it came time to say goodbye to my beloved cat of 19yrs, I immediately reached out to kindness. Why? The answer is in their name. I knew they would allow us private entry into a room and they would give us a quiet space to go through the process. The thought of a no schedule experience in a mad house of a clinic was terrifying to me.

We chose to do a private cremation and have her ashes to take home. A week later I was able to pick them up and I will just say that when I saw all the thoughtfulness that went into everything they provided I broke down. We have locks of her hair, paw prints and a beautiful carved wooden box for her ashes. I figured we would get her back in a bag inside of a cardboard box and have to choose an urn.

I’m so so so grateful for being able to just have her back home with everything taken care of. Plus the entire thing was shockingly affordable.

After this experience we will be returning to kindness for all of our vet needs. I’m a client for life.

“This is the second time coming to this clinic. I have been very impressed both times. I brought my 13 year old chihuahua in today with a swollen hard abdomen and clearly not comfortable. I was thinking the worst. I was having a panic attack almost. They had me come in immediately and took him back to make sure he was stable. They did not mention money at all but I did let them know my situation. They were very calm which made me calm. Everything turned out as best as possible. It was extremely reasonable.
