“We came across this pet supply shop while grabbing lunch at a nearby restaurant. We were so pleasantly surprised by their options! They had puzzles for both cats and dogs- one of my cats loves puzzles. One of my cats has 42 allergies, and so we normally have to order special brands of treats for her, but this store actually carries the treats in store! I will definitely be back! There were so many options of cat toys too!”

“I stopped by today on the search for a nut/washer and bolt to assemble my nightstand. I was greeted at the paint aisle by an employee (I believe her name was Julie or Julia). She not only helped me figure out exactly what hardware I needed, but was able to point it out immediately in the aisle, and even wrote a ticket to me to take to the cashier. I loved her positivity and helpfulness. I usually go to the Mall Drive location, as it is closer to me, but I will definitely be returning to this location!”

“I had phenomenal customer service at this location! From the front end person Alicia, to GM Mike, assistant manager Tim, and mechanic Kurt, the interactions were top notch. We had terrible luck getting our newly purchased mower delivered, (which I don't have a glowing review to write about in that regards, but that is a company issue, not a store issue). Despite being told by Mike what ball size we needed to borrow one of their trailers, we showed up with the wrong size (as we were borrowing a capable vehicle from a friend and unfortunately didn't check things out ourselves before traveling to the store), and even with that being our fault and not the store's, they helped us figure out a solution. Tim especially went above and beyond, and I can't thank him enough! Alicia was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice, and was very personable to work with as I had to go back to the store many times. Mike helped facilitate the solutions when I felt like I was facing a dead end, and Kurt graciously gave me a good chunk of his time helping me troubleshoot some issues and ensuring our battery was in great condition. Tim provided a very personable experience and I am very grateful for his time and attention to our issues. I thank the team at TSC, IC very much!”

“Wonderful experience getting our puppy. I had done a lot of research prior on the breed and she had tips on holding her and everything. You could tell the workers loved her as much as we did.
We did recently visit the store so they could see her. We had traveled 2 hours to get her to begin with but all worth it. She loved seeing some of the workers!”
