“I brought in an old family heirloom document from 1944 for scanning and reprinting. Dropped it off on a Wednesday afternoon, and the following Monday morning they called to let me know it was done! They understood the significance of my document, handled it respectfully, and even spent a little time touching up the scanned document. The company I work for also uses "Rapids" for getting construction plan sets printed - I've always been impressed by the high quality if their services. Great outfit.”

“The UPS Store provides a generally convenient and functional service for shipping, printing, and basic business needs. The location is easy to access, and the range of services offered makes it a helpful stop for everyday tasks.
The staff were polite and assisted with the process, but service speed was somewhat inconsistent depending on how busy the store was. Wait times can increase during peak hours, which affects the overall experience.
Overall, it’s a practical and reliable place for mailing and printing needs, but improving efficiency and reducing wait times would make the experience smoother and more enjoyable.”
“The store is orderly. There is limited help on the “floor”… they were focused on accepting returns for UPS and I had to wait to actually make a purchase in between the returns they accepted. It was interesting - I did not see anyone making a return actually shop for anything in the store.”
