“This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't drive away...like I just about did.If you're into antiques and thrifting check out Gilroy's Antiques (and some furniture) in Jefferson. The owner is 95, sweet as apple pie, and will unfortunately be closing her business next summer. Art deco glass, vintage dinnerware, vintage tools, smalls of every kind, furniture, etc. Stuff in here is stacked and packed. In some aisles it's tough to turn around. Just back out slowly.If you can't find something here to take home you were just window shopping to begin with. A real hidden gem of a shop.”

Very impressed, seeing all the wood working tools from the 1800’s and the craftsmanship of the furniture.Many thanks to Robby Pedersen for giving us the tour while explaining the details and craftsmanship of beautiful handmade furniture. Highly recommend giving this place a visit when visiting Jefferson, Iowa.”
