“My parents recently moved to Urbandale and needed to open an account and a safe deposit box. I called several banks/credit unions and found the large boxes were quite scarce. On this preliminary call I found there was one at Community. The young lady I spoke to was kind enough to hold it for one hour, giving us a chance to get there to secure it.The computers were a bit uncooperative that day, but no fault of the staff. We are always treated respectfully when visiting and I would highly recommend.”
