1. They take the time to get to know my buyers “why”, they make the process of home buying less intimidating and go thru options that will work best for each individual situation. Whether they buy today or if it’s best to wait- I trust the team to give the best advice!
2. From the moment they are pre approved, I get updated on where we are in the loan process. I love & appreciate the weekly updates re: appraisal, underwriting, title opinion, clear to close etc.

The friction free calculator is a game changer- no more bugging a lender for potential pymt and cash to close needed if debating on multiple properties and it’s esp handy if you have a buyer w limited funds and need to stay at an exact pymt. It will tailor EACH pymt based on up to date rates/credit for the buyer. There are also options and pymt info if the buyer is potentially debating on a conventional loan or FHA etc. You can plug in PP, taxes, seller credits, HOA dues if applicable, date closing etc and it gives you not only the pymt but also the cash needed to close!!! What!!!! It makes our job so much easier and the buyer more confident to pull the trigger. No more waiting for a lender to send you a tailored preapp late at night or on the weekend (as that is when most transactions take place as we all know ?)- the friction free calculator will generate a preapp w the touch of a button.
5. Overall I couldn’t be more comfortable and confident when we submit an offer w a preapp from Tyler that his team will take the very best care of my buyer- from PA acceptance to closing day and that I will be kept in the loop along the way! A true fan of the Osby team!”
