“Its always pleasant dealing with Karen. Shes prompt with communication, thorough with explanation and makes my storage unit experience a little less stressful. The facility grounds are clean and under 24hr surveillance which I really appreciate. I dont have anything negative to say about my experience!🙂”

“LockBox Storage in Grimes, Iowa has provided a great experience for me. I've felt that their rates are fair, their communication has been good, and they keep the place very tidy. Beyond that, they are great partners to the community, which is an added bonus.”

“It stored my stuff so well. When ninjas came to take my $10 lamps, a robot was magically produced and fought off all the ninjas. Unit was decently sized, stored more than we thought it could. It's not every day you have to store the entire country of Belarus, but StorageMart is the place to go to store yourself an entire country. Temperature was good. The place smells amazing and nostalgic. Your stuff will be safe from ninjas and mold.”

“Customer service here is so amazing. My code wasn't working because I was in the wrong section as google maps kept telling me the wrong side of the area. They got me in and to my unit on a weekend in an emergency. Can't give five stars cuz my unit was not as cool as I expected nor as clean.”

“I wanna start off by saying thank you to Pam she works very hard and is so sweet an nice to talk too! Very understanding and hard working lady she manages not only her home base units but also different ones around her area as well she hardly ever takes any time to her self and takes big pride in the company she works for I believe she deserves anything y’all could think to treat her too! Also thank you to Emily I haven’t gotten to know her though on my last day of move out I called her and she was so sweet and nice and sounded like a very kind person as well to get to talk too. Thank you StorageMart for hiring the nice team you have and I hope they both get to advance higher in your company because they care for the customers and business!”

“Angela is an exceptional storage manager who surpasses all expectations. She possesses the knowledge and solutions to all inquiries, coupled with her friendly and approachable demeanor. Angela is a pleasure to collaborate with, I encounter some issues accommodating a large sofa in the storage unit, which required additional coordination, she was very patient and helpful in accommodating me with another storage unit.”

My things felt very secure and I bought the insurance which everybody should do just in case you never know what could happen but her knowledge and friendliness really helped me make the decision to go with Storagemart you could tell she really cared about the business she worked for and was timely upon my early move out. Give that gal a raise.”

“The gentleman who helped me was wonderful and when I called he was courteous and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained. My unit was spacious and easy to access and I felt my belongings were safe. HOWEVER, something is not right with the fees. My unit was advertised at $14/mo and a promotional deal was 50% off for 3 months. I never got anything 50%. My 1st month was $14-ish. The second month was $28-ish and the 3rd month $36-ish. My first 3 months were supposed to be $7, that's why I got the storage unit, because it LOOKED like value. I'm a low income earner and if I'd known it would be $36 a month I would not have done it. I NOW know that you have to have a protective insurance for it but that was not made clear to me upfront. And I never got the 50% off promotion. So I'm having to re-evaluate whether I want to continue doing business here.”

“While I was stressed about moving in sight unseen, the day-of couldn’t have been more pleasant! The employee available was super helpful with insurance questions, the space itself was easy to find, and the filling up and locking down was a breeze. While the entrance is a bit confusing (there are multiple gates off Hickman road, so you have to mind your Google Maps), the experience otherwise was great. Highly recommend!”

“I inherited special items from my parents, which I needed to place in storage. I searched for clean, well-maintained, temperature controlled storage units in the Des Moines metro area and was very happy to find Rich Leonard and Park Avenue Self Storage. The security and cleanliness of his units are second to none. The owner, Rich, is friendly and easy to work with. I give this 5-star facility my highest recommendation for taking good care of precious family items.”

“Really easy to use. They kind of have this down to a science. I signed up online and that same day I was able to get into my unit. I have used them twice now for different times when I needed storage and have had seem less excellent experiences both times getting my unit, using it, and ending my use.”

“Was in unit a short time - about two months - but the experience was great and in large contrast to the previous storage unit company I had . They made check in and check out fast, easy and without a ton of bureaucracy. The fact that they have someone staff the office regularly makes a huge difference as well.”

“When we moved to Ankeny in April of 2024, we drove by AAA Storage several times trying to decide if we needed a storage unit before stopping in. They had a special rate for new customers and nice sized storage units for the price that sold us. AAA is secure, clean, staff was friendly, and this site met our needs.”
