“Jenny in the Floral department went above and beyond. I ordered an arrangement for my stepmothers birthday. The next day Jenny calls me - told me my stepmother was looking at a wreath after she got off of work and seemed to really liked it. She was wondering if I wanted to get that instead since it was about the same price. I did and my stepmom absolutely loved it. Such a pleasant experience. :)”

“I was stranded in a town i had just moved (Keokuk iowa) i knew no one and got a flat 5ire at the hyvee gas station. The people who came threw never offered help but the young lady Willow who worked there was awsome she made sure i was okay and offered assistance. This was important because im a terminal cancer patient and was very upset and scared not knowing 2hat to do. Thank you Willow. Hyvee should be proud of a worker like you.”
“Been shopping here for years. Giving 4 stars because over the years have had 95% great experience. ☆After two severe bouts of Covid, including a 3 year long very severe case of vertigo, I mainly shop via pick-up point. The vertigo has lessened enough that I can walk without my cane, that I hope to start shopping inside again. ☆ That said. I must say I really enjoy that it's a one-stop shop. I can get milk and bread, an oil change and gift cards all in one trip and for affordable prices. 98% of the employees are very nice and that's why I keep coming back. I do try to go during off hours, and like most people, I wish for more cashiers than self-check and for the awesome 24-hour stores to return.”
