“We (husband and our 2 kids) got stuck in a ditch full of snow driving back home to Colorado from Wisconsin visiting folks for Thanksgiving. A nightmare to have at 2 in the morning!! Thank God, we had cell service to find a towing company, and thank God again a man from this company was about to help us in such a time of need! I was really trying not to freak out on the phone for the sake of my children in the backseat listening very intently, but also by the grace of God a police officer happened to see us and stuck around for our tow man to easily find us and save the day.
