“I recently had a problem where my pickup truck would not start in very cold weather. I had already replaced the battery and the issue continued. I was about to replace the alternator, but then went to OReilly's and talked to John. He advised me based on what I was experiencing, to replace the starter. I followed his advice and it worked! The truck now starts like it's brand new, regardless of how cold it is. I'm so grateful for John's advice, it saved me $300 in parts, not to mention the labor I would have spent, had I gone with my own diagnosis of the alternator. Thanks John!!!!”

I particularly enjoy that these salesmen will make it feel like home while you're working with them, even played games with my kiddo. The service department has always been helpful in warranty information or how to get an issue fixed as well as working around my schedule.”
“I cannot say enough about how great the service was. I got sideswiped by a semi truck that morning and it ruined my trailer tire. After picking up two new tires, I drove to Linn Co-op to see if they could put them on for me (Linn was recommended by another tire shop in town because they couldn’t get me in until the afternoon). Not only did they drop what they were doing to put the tires on, they didn’t even charge me for doing so. His response “You’ve had a bad enough day already, I am not going to charge you.” If I am ever in town again, they will definitely get my business.”

A very professional young man (knowing i was stranded) agreed to install the battery for me. Even though it was difficult to do Ben stuck with it and got the new battery installed and had me in my way in about a hour. Give Ben a raise as employees like that are rare indeed.
