“I recently moved back to Cedar Rapids and noted a scraping noise under my Corolla chassis when traveling over bumpy roadways. Peeking under the vehicle, there was a large component hanging down which turned out to be a splash shield (who knew?). Having purchased the Corolla at Cedar Rapids Toyota back in 2009 and subsequently serviced at this location, I gave the service department a call and brought in the vehicle for repair. Erick did an excellent job getting me taken care of and the repair was completed the same day for a small charge. A leaking tire valve stem was also replaced which stopped the tire pressure warning light from appearing on the vehicle dashboard. Thanks for the great service.”
