“I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. They got my truck in immediately, and it only took about an hour, which is what they told me. I had a coupon which I didn't read and thought it was going to cost me $45.99 plus tax. My bad. It was 119 something minus the 45.99 coupon. Still not bad as they did an inspection also and told me my front brakes would need to be replaced in the near future and also a quote for the service. There was no pressure to get it done ASAP. I will return when I need another oil change or service. I like that all my service records are in one place.”

“Under the worst of circumstances Rich showed me kindness and compassion and I cannot express how much I am appreciative of him and his efforts to get me back on the road. Heavy Snow plus a dead battery lead to my vehicle needing to be towed but I was surprised to be met with empathy by the business who towed me. When I called he laid out the process for me clearly and even worked with some technical issues that I was having. Then to double down on just how customer service oriented he is, he also tried to help me get my car back up and running by getting her jumped. He was extremely professional and patient with me. No one loves getting towed but despite misfortune happening it’s always wonderful to know that there are people out there who will be kind, put you over profit and help you when you’re down.”

“I have purchased many vehicles, mostly pickup trucks from Clemons Chevrolet. All of my dealings with this Dealer have been positive. I recently had to take in a 2021 Silverado High Country for an intermittent problem with engine missing. It took two weeks for technician to finally spot the problem, a bad lifter. As he began replacing parts, he ended up finding a damaged cam shaft and eventually a cracked block. The dealership handled all the paperwork with Chevrolet and ended up getting me a new engine. I was without my truck for 73 days. The owner, Mike Clemons knew that I live my life with the use of a pickup and no other vehicle would do. He went out of the norm to make a pickup available to me so I could do the work I needed too and live the life I enjoy. I believe that dealing local and having relationship with Clemons Chevrolet was a benefit to me and I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the employees there. I plan on continuing doing business with them for many more years.”
