I have tried to call them over 20 times right now today and just asked him something and they're not answer the phone to letting it ring I would advise everybody not to call them or go to this one go to the other ones and this is the marshalltown Iowa one on center Street

It just always seems with the DG chain you see something in one store you don't need at the moment, get to another DG elsewhere you need that item, they don't have it. I still appreciate DG for being there.

Terrible customer service, the older gal that works there had something to say about a purchase we made that caused embarrassment, zero acknowledgment or “Hello.” When you walk in….you’re just looked at as if you’re annoying them by being there.
