“I had a really touching experience thanks to the amazing customer service from Chris ❤️ After leaving the hospital with my mom and grandma in the car, I was on the phone telling family members the good news that my mom had made it through everything safely. It was an emotional moment for all of us.
Chris happened to overhear part of the conversation and immediately showed such kindness and compassion. She spoke to me with genuine warmth and support, which meant so much during such a stressful day. Her positive attitude and caring words truly made a difference ?

“Very busy location & although the store has a large variety of items the store was very disorganized. Also I had issues at checkout with missing bar codes which slows down production on both sides. The staff were very nice & were not complaining about their job or other employees. Seems to have become a trend at many DT locations.”
“It just always seems with the DG chain you see something in one store you don't need at the moment, get to another DG elsewhere you need that item, they don't have it. I still appreciate DG for being there.”
