Really bad service, please don’t go with them. My taxes were done wrong and then I pointed out the mistake and asked them to fix it and they just ignored me, I ended up paying back to the IRS.Update 2024 I callled them to ask about how they’re going to help me to fix 2023 issues and they said “let me check” it’s been 3 weeks since then and they didn’t call back. What a surprise

Jodi Rubenbauer and Deralliac Luckett helped me file 4 yrs of taxes. And helped walk me through the process of getting a PIN number.
