“I work for second chance our delivery truck was running rough Tony and his crew were awesome they did a complete tune up including replaced head gaskets Tony took it for a drive after tune up and realized bearings were going out replaced them among other parts, truck has never ran or drove any smoother than it does now, and they had it done super fast and the bill was so much lower then I could of remained, Thank you, Chicano Auto”
“Under the worst of circumstances Rich showed me kindness and compassion and I cannot express how much I am appreciative of him and his efforts to get me back on the road. Heavy Snow plus a dead battery lead to my vehicle needing to be towed but I was surprised to be met with empathy by the business who towed me. When I called he laid out the process for me clearly and even worked with some technical issues that I was having. Then to double down on just how customer service oriented he is, he also tried to help me get my car back up and running by getting her jumped. He was extremely professional and patient with me. No one loves getting towed but despite misfortune happening it’s always wonderful to know that there are people out there who will be kind, put you over profit and help you when you’re down.”
