“I was looking for a dealer only hub bolt that GM discontinued. Both local dealerships didn't have it. O'Reilly's on Federal said dealer only as did Tom Hovelands Napa and Advanced auto. As a last resort I tried O'Reilly's on 4th St. Across from the fairgrounds. There's was listed as dealer only. The associate cross referenced a Dorman number but it wasn't correct. Then he says hold on and broke out a digital caliper. Within a couple minutes he had an exact match that supposedly didn't exist. Amazing service and knowledge. No one else in Mason City had a clue. Now we don't have to postpone a trip to Mayo for my better half. Thank you O'Reilly's on 4th !”

“After I hit a deer smack in the middle of my front end, pushing the grill and both front side panels back, there was no question where I would have it towed. Star Auto Body has repaired other deer impact collisions on other vehicles in the past. They have always done exceptional work.
This time it was no different.
Our insurance company total our Murano although it looked like it needed to be in my simple opinion. The insurance also did not agree to replacing a bracket that “might have been damaged” when Star Auto Body requested that. After the repair, the adaptive cruise control would only engage sporadically and would often just turn off while in use. Star was wonderful in working with our insurance company to reopen the claim, getting a new bracket that held the front sensor in place for the adaptive cruise control. The Murano is like brand new!

“I've taken two different vehicles there for oil changes and never had a problem. The last time I went for an oil change they had the oil changed before I was finished shopping, so that was nice. They're very professional, fast, and friendly. Plus they give you a barcode you can scan with the Walmart app and it will tell you once they've started working on your car, once the work is in progress, and when the job is complete and your car is ready to be picked up. Its nice to know whats going on, so I really like that they give you a barcode to scan so that you can stay in the know.”
