Greeted warmly by the technician, my prescription was filled in a short time. Hillary Houck, the pharmacist, explained how to use the medication. She didn't check me out until she was sure I understood how to use it. It was obvious that she loved doing what she did, where she did it and really knew her stuff. When at home, I applied the topical prescription she had mixed for me. Within seconds I was out of the constant pain I had been in for several weeks. I wouldn't expect to have this immediate result with most medicines, but in this case, I was thrilled and relieved. What a treasure this local, 2nd generation business is for Mason City. Quality people, quality product and quality service!”

“The pharmacy was awesome. My dog had TPLO surgery in Des Moines and the vet did not put one of his pain medications in the bag. I got home to Mason, and the vet had to call the pharmacy. The pharmacy filled the medication for my dog and even stayed a little later to make sure my dog had the medication he needed. Thank you, Walgreens!!!!”
