“Nice variety. Affordable products for those on a right budget and also sells plenty of locally made food and beverages if you don't mind spending more for great tasting products made natural ingredients. Entire store just recently did away with self checkout.”

“Dollar General has been improving slowly but steadily throughout the last few years. If I had to give feedback to the company I'd say take a genuine look at how cheaply made some of your "higher end items" are, because you don't want to become known for that. I've been very satisfied with the Anamosa and Monticello stores.”

“The butchers are incredibly helpful at the meat counter. I wanted a cooler full of meat cut for me. They took my CUSTOM ORDER and said that they could freeze the meat in my cooler so that I could travel back to South Texas with the meat. There is NOTHING better than Iowa Beef!!! Amazing customer service.”
