I had not one hiccup and I never had to question any part of the process. She was up front and didn’t candy coat anything. I appreciate that in a person. I will forever be grateful for the time she spent getting me set up. She needs an award or something because her customer service is unbeatable. She is a total asset to US Cellular and I hope she is recognized and appreciated in that regard. I even asked if I could hug her she was that great. Thank you again, Kisha. The entire staff has a great working relationship with each other and you can tell they have a ton of fun.
