“Came here to find steel toed shoes for my mom and did just that. Even found a bright pink shirt for me for work. My mom even took her free bag of freshly made popcorn. The new store is bigger and not as cramped as the one before.”
“My brother-in-law passed away. We were in charge of the meat for the celebration of life get together. I asked the meat manager if the meat we were going to buy would still be on sale the next week, because I didn't have the room for the next week right before I had to make it. He assured me it would be. I was finishing up my shopping and he found me and told me it would be on a bigger sale according to the ad for next week, plus if I got it Thursday then for every 50.00 spent there would be a fuel saver on top of it. I was so surprised that he went looking for me to tell me that. Now that is customer service! He deserves a raise for the kindness he showed me during this difficult time! He was from the HyVee in Newton.”

“Workers very nice and polite. Make sure to check your Candy dollar boxes #1 Milk duds they had scotch tape on it didn't notice until my son said something and then opened the box and the entire box of milk duds were melted together we had 2 of our 3 boxes with Scotch tape and all 3 boxes were melted because when you shook the boxes could tell that the candy was melted together and when my son pulled it out of the box one Big piece of milk dud the ladies gave me the return on the item and still very polite and pologetic on the item we had purchased!!!”

“I ordered over the phone from Florida, for my mom's birthday, I just asked that they make it really pretty for her with no decoration instructions and they exceeded my expectations, it was exactly what I had hoped for and more! “If you’re a trucker the best time to go to Walmart is super early, you’ll find parking easy. This Walmart was barely full at 6 am. We parked, shopped for 15 minutes and left. No one bothered us.”
