He listens to what you are saying and only acknowledges the things you want without trying to sell you everything in the store. And I know he’s good because I didn’t want to spend money but I DECIDED to spend money ?. Job well done! The store also has a great environmental with great staff. It’s a place you don’t mind waiting for help. Simply amazing!”
“My experience with best buy is always good even if they dont have a product I want at that moment the employees are amazing, knowledgeable and not pushy like some sales people. I was looking for a laptop and was being picky about what I was after and asked a few of the guys some questions and each one answered them and helped me pick what I needed, wasn't the brand I went in for but after some research and talking to them I got a better deal. I then decided to go to Verizon in north liberty Drake was amazing so patient and helpful it took forever to get out of t-mobilei couldn't have done it on my own so thankful for Drake he was the best customer service and helper thank you Drake.”
