He listens to what you are saying and only acknowledges the things you want without trying to sell you everything in the store. “Had an issue with any network connection on my son’s iPhone. They helped me request a new eSIM card from Verizon, only took a few minutes in the store to pinpoint the problem. They were all great! Will definitely continue to go there whatever service we need!”
