“Nelson is the most patient most reserved sales associate I’ve dealt with. He does not bombard you or get pushy. He listens to what you are saying and only acknowledges the things you want without trying to sell you everything in the store. And I know he’s good because I didn’t want to spend money but I DECIDED to spend money ?. Job well done! The store also has a great environmental with great staff. It’s a place you don’t mind waiting for help. Simply amazing!”

“I can't say enough good things about Best Buy. People tend to criticize the larger chain stores, but my experience at the Coralville Best Buy was great! I purchased a new computer (processor and monitor), decided to take advantage of their Best Buy Total (protection plan), and had them do the data transfer and secure scrub of my old processor. There was no hard sell, and everybody I spoke with answered my questions and was knowledgeable and personable. From start to finish, everything was smooth and without stress. Special thanks goes to Dalton, Alex (at the Geek Squad desk), and Dustin (General Manager). Keep up the great work!”
