“T-Mobile is annoying because no one in the store can help with anything other than seeking you products. The service side has all went to online and ai. The service with the cell phones is sub par and the home internet is even worse. I’m switching to starlink for home internet because I’d rather pay a few dollars more and have a service that actually works.”

“We hadn’t been to this store for a couple of months because of some disappointing experiences, but we decided to stop by again and thankfully met Mayson, who I believe is the new supervisor. He was so polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, and you could tell he truly cares about customer satisfaction. I really wish more employees had the same attitude toward customers. Mayson definitely made our experience much better. If you read this, we truly appreciate you!”
