“Overall, very happy with our experience with Allegra. Sarah did a great job with all the designs and overall color schemes so all the paper products flowed seamlessly. We did run in to a few issues with our invitations (not necessarily Allegra's fault), but Sarah was willing to go the extra mile and deliver them to me to my work so I could get them out over the weekend.
I will say that I'm a very type A organized person so I did feel that my timeline for producing items/providing drafts was not necessarily the same as theirs. However, the work was always completed before the deadline. I just would have preferred a bigger buffer window (having drafts a couple weeks before they're needed) to prevent any added stress from the already numerous about of things you have on your plate when planning a wedding.
Pricing was fair for what we asked for, and we loved our entire wedding invitation suite and all the stationery for the wedding!”

“The store is orderly. There is limited help on the “floor”… they were focused on accepting returns for UPS and I had to wait to actually make a purchase in between the returns they accepted. It was interesting - I did not see anyone making a return actually shop for anything in the store.”
