“I had an unfortunate experience with the delivery, but this was due to UPS and not the company itself. I emailed the company and received an immediate response with an offer of a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement and received it the next day. I don’t understand the negative reviews regarding product quality, as I have thoroughly enjoyed these meats. I will be a repeat customer, and I commend their extraordinary customer service.”
