“Changed from 4 to 5 stars. Although prices are a bit high on certain things, it is convenient and the staff at Ace is extremely helpful and friendly. Worth paying a couple extra bucks in my opinion.”

“Absolutely the best place for excellent tools. The icon series tool boxes and tools are great. The impact sockets are indestructible, I’ve been using them for over a decade at a professional diesel shop and I don’t think I’ve ever broken one.”

“Great customer service. Went in there looking for a tap. They didn’t have it in stock. Was browsing their Stihl equipment. Gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on their equipment and different things to do to prolong the life of my equipment. I will definitely be purchasing items from them when I am in the area.”

“I Love Ace hardware! It's a smaller more intimate environment and the customer service is unbeatable. I appreciate the employees knowledge and teamwork. O'Donnell Ace Hardware happens to be about a block away from my home and super convenient. The staff is more than happy to help you find what you need and I'm never apprehensive to ask for opinions or even how to do something. I'm never steered wrong and always leave a happy customer!”

“One of my grandpa's favorite stops for his favorite 'knick-knack' repair stuff he's always working on. I just happened to get dragged along. But if he likes it, it has to be good.”

“This is a great full-service hardware store. I've had them cut glass, and it is always perfect. I also had them repair a broken storm window. I expected it to take a week because I saw the pile of work that they had in the backroom, but I got it back in two days. A+.”

“Great customer service here! They sold me a snowblower and told and showed me how to run it. Even delivered it to my home in Carlisle. As a single independent woman I totally appreciate salesmanship like this. Will go to small town shops like this anytime before going to the "big shops" just because of the one's giving the bestest customer service! Totally will be back.”

“I bought a brand new self propelled mower at Home Depot and when I brought it home, the self propel didn't work and the handle wouldn't stay up. Took it to Dan and he actually delivered it to me. He fixed it and didn't charge me a thing. He went above and beyond. If you need your mower repaired, you can trust Dan to get the job done right.”

“I don't usually shop at Lowe's - but I was really impressed with this location. Bought a new faucet at a different store and didn't realize I would need new supply lines - half way through the install I'm Googling prices for what I need and Lowe's had the cheapest. I'm glad they did. In and out within 5 minutes with what I needed (plus a couple other things that I remembered while I was there). Used self-checkout so I didn't actually interact with any staff, but the conversations I saw and overheard seemed friendly and helpful. Recommend this location for sure!”

“Needed some rough cuts done on a piece of plywood. I've been used to being disappointed by my service but not this time. Walter, absolutely knocked it out of the park. Was precise and helpful. Could not recommend this Home Depot enough.”

“As a contractor, I have to purchase material almost daily and Menards usually has the cheapest prices for almost all the stuff I use, plus you receive an 11% in-store rebate which adds up very quickly. It's nice getting $250-350 every 3 or 4 weeks to use towards a project. The one major downside is the delivery service is way overpriced and they don't offer stocking drywall any longer, Lowes will deliver to any job site for $20. Weigh your options carefully.”

“Lauren at this location helped me quickly and it was super easy. I was very concerned id have a hard time since I’ve never ordered delivery through them before and their customer service was great. I’d definitely recommend them based off this experience.”
