“Thank goodness for Mary who salvaged our visit. She was a complete gem, helpful in answering questions, and very polite. Basically the opposite of our experience with Justin when we first arrived who made us feel like we should walk out and take our business elsewhere after blantantly leaving us standing at the counter while Mary had to pick up the pieces. He appeared bothered we were providing his store business, was rude from the first interaction, and couldn't stand to make eye contact. Even a customer (contractor) tried to step in and help provide advice since Justin didn't have the time of day for us. It was very obvious to others around us. Thank you, Mary, for saving the day and being so sweet!!!!”

“I Love Ace hardware! It's a smaller more intimate environment and the customer service is unbeatable. I appreciate the employees knowledge and teamwork. O'Donnell Ace Hardware happens to be about a block away from my home and super convenient. The staff is more than happy to help you find what you need and I'm never apprehensive to ask for opinions or even how to do something. I'm never steered wrong and always leave a happy customer!”

“While their hours are tricky, the service at this store is FAB! I dealt with 3 different people and each was very helpful and pleasant. I bought several gallons of paint and when tried it at home thought it was too light, but they let me bring it back it to darken no questions asked! Each time they helped me carry paint to my car, too. I will always try to get my paint here!”

“As a contractor, I have to purchase material almost daily and Menards usually has the cheapest prices for almost all the stuff I use, plus you receive an 11% in-store rebate which adds up very quickly. It's nice getting $250-350 every 3 or 4 weeks to use towards a project. The one major downside is the delivery service is way overpriced and they don't offer stocking drywall any longer, Lowes will deliver to any job site for $20. Weigh your options carefully.”
“Changed from 4 to 5 stars. Although prices are a bit high on certain things, it is convenient and the staff at Ace is extremely helpful and friendly. Worth paying a couple extra bucks in my opinion.”
