The lock is built in such a way as to make it difficult to get in that way. Jim the manager came out with a cordless cutoff grinder and cut the lock for me. Talk about above and beyond. “I stopped here 30 mins before they closed to grab one item. I expected everyone to be busy closing the store and thought I'd be rushing in and out. I asked where to locate what I needed and, instead of pointing me in the right direction or giving me an aisle number like most retail employees, the gentleman stopped what he was doing and walked me all the way to the other side of the store. He even took the time to go over what my options were and answer my questions. In addition, the cashier was very upbeat and friendly, the supervisor who came to assist him with a missing barcode was prepared- she had the item number written down because it was apparently an item that she gets called about frequently. Even the gentleman outside on carts was pleasant and helpful. He approached me and offered to take care of my cart despite there being plenty of carts in the bay that I'm assuming he still had to get inside for the night. I am not used to being impressed by this many retail employees in one shopping trip. I work in retail so it takes a lot to impress me.”
