“I have a Boyd's bench rest that has had a few problems with the pads, which the rifle rests in. I emailed the company along with a few pics of the issues. Within a few days, I received a return email from Sarah in customer service. She asked a few questions in order to get all the details she needed. Shortly thereafter, I received another email from her stating that the new parts would be shipped out immediately!! Now that's great customer service!”
