So thankful for their prompt service. Only had an hour and a half total down time before back to delivering mail.”
“My son had a deer that ran into the front/side of his vehicle, so needed some repair work. He had previously dealt with Jerry's Pro Collision Center in Osky, but since that time, the business has changed hands. I had the privilege of meeting Doug in the office when dropping off my son's vehicle. Instantly, I could tell Doug was wise, experienced, and mature beyond his young years! He was so mature that I had to ask him if he had any military experience (I've served 24 years in the Marine Corps) because the way he treated me was beyond reproach throughout the week and a half they had my son's vehicle. I visited the shop and communicated multiple occasions with Doug, not because I had to but because I was in the area and/or Doug was simply communicating the progress of my son's vehicle. At all times, Doug ensured that I understood the progress and even showed me photos of my son's vehicle on the computer of an area that was of an issue. Doug ensured that I understood that the work done on my son's vehicle was guaranteed should there be any issues (there are/have been none!). The work on my son's vehicle was professional and done in an efficient manner. I would recommend Jerry's Pro Collision Center to anyone not just on the work performed on my son's vehicle but, more importantly, the customer service, respect, and courtesy exhibited by Doug (his parents should be very proud of him...I would!)Services: Body & Trim”

I also was in need of front brake pads and he was able to have my parts in the next day and my car was done in under an hour. Jeremie and his technician were very honest, friendly, and very well priced! They earned my business. I live in Pella, but I will be commuting to Osky for all my vehicle services and repairs. “Mike at Howard’s was wonderful to work with. I had what I thought was a wheel bearing issue when I dropped it off. Mike looked at that wheel (and all the rest on top of that) and didn’t see any issues with the wheel bearings. He recommended a new set of tires and charged me nearly nothing! I wouldn’t have done that much work for what they charged. I would 100% recommend them!”

“Went in with a loose tie rod, as told my the oil change place. I got in to mitrisin and they immediately took it back and started working on it. Vehicle was done in an hour, before my ride even had a chance to come get me. Very pleased with how quickly it was done!”
“I had my car towed to the Oskaloosa Service Center. He assessed the issue helped me realize the damage was very expensive on an older vehicle and not the best use of my money. (Could have convinced me to have the repair done and got my business, but did not, the honesty was refreshing) did not charge me. I borrowed a vehicle to get me by, it broke down (bad run of luck), he looked at it quoted the repair and when the person who loaned me the vehicle balked at the cost the owner walked me through how to do it myself, again no charge. 2 vehicles looked at 0 $'s. Owner genuinely cares about helping people. I am a believer and will use them as long as I am in the area!”
“I just got a different vehicle . Oil change was over 7,000 miles over due . Fortunately , they were able to get me in . They informed me of another issue of the coolant being almost out . They always help as much as they can . I will continue to keep going back . I hope at some point soon , they flush and change transmission fluid and filter”
