“HUGE shout-out to the amazing Kayla in MCG tech support! I could not remember my wifi PW and, after calling the after hours tech support number, received a call back within 5 minutes. It was Kayla and she was fantastic! She helped me remember/retrieve my wifi PW and also showed me how to get it on my own via the awesome MCG app. Kayla was kind, funny, engaging, just lovely! I have used many internet companies - across the country and over the years - and MCG is far and away the best! Best customer service, best people, best quality, best everything.”

“I was impressed by the number of staff available to help customers. Nichole was amazing at helping us and getting us transferred from a different carrier. Would highly recommend coming to this outlet.”
