Luke and his team took the time to check everything out and talk with me about any options I had. If I could make everybody hear an ad for him as many times a day the radio replays their songs I would. You really get that family feel when dealing with them. I would truly recommend anybody with car troubles to reach out and see how he can help you out.”
“Hands down, the best repair shop in Pella, for several reasons. To start, pricing. It seems whenever you go to an auto repair establishment, you prepare yourself for an outrageous quote or bill. At Bob’s, the cost is something you can swallow easily. For example, I was quoted $1,200 by two other local companies on a brake job for my F-250. Bob’s came in at $500. Bob’s also had it done the next day, versus 4-5 day wait at the other places. Second, and what I believe is the most important, is the fact I was told by another local company that there was a serious issue with my wife’s car wit log the repair in the tune of $5,000. Took it to Bob’s and the issue had absolutely nothing to do with what I was told by the first company. It ended up being a $500 repair. I’ve only given a couple examples of the stellar service I’ve received from Bob’s, but there are others. From now on, all our personal and business vehicles will be serviced by Bob’s, a place of honesty and integrity.”

“Wow! This was the most painless and pleasant experience possible for getting auto repairs .Reasonable cost, delivered faster than anticipated and great communication! Mr. Van Gorp knows what he's doing and has a great crew with him. They even fixed a small strip of rubber that had comeloose a long time ago that wasn't part of the repair. “I called cameron late at night to explain a bad situation I was in with a very very stuck truck, let me tell you if I got called that late at night I would be pissed, yet he was so kind and let us know he could definitely do it that night, we ended up deciding it was better to wait till morning and he was there bright and early even picked us up from our home to get my truck out. He was insanely kind and just a good person to be around. Amen”

“Great place to get your car fixed. Extremely honest people. Helped me in a pinch when I had something go wrong with my brakes - showed me what happened, and fixed it on the spot without charging a ridiculous amount. Also took my car in because I was told by the place I bought my tires from that something was wrong with my suspension and they were wearing poorly. Van Haaften looked it over and did a full inspection and told me nothing was wrong, instead of trying to fix things that didn't really need to be fixed. Just needed a fresh alignment and balance. I'm a DIY'er and usually feel vulnerable when I have to take my car to the mechanic.. but Van Haaften Racing will not try to pull a fast one on you!”
