My elderly parents live in Ottumwa and were having trouble with understanding apps and some tasks on their phones. They stopped into T-Mobile a couple different times and each time the customer service was outstanding. The employees took the time to help them understand their phones and answer all their questions. We are thankful there are still kind people who go above and beyond and provide great customer service!”
