“Best customer service of anywhere.. helped fix my phone today she was really helpful and informative with what id need to do next if phone wasnt working properly after.”
“I feel we live in a world where people are always quick to complain or heave bad review but don’t take the time to leave a compliment. My elderly parents live in Ottumwa and were having trouble with understanding apps and some tasks on their phones. They stopped into T-Mobile a couple different times and each time the customer service was outstanding. The employees took the time to help them understand their phones and answer all their questions. We are thankful there are still kind people who go above and beyond and provide great customer service!”

“They were very friendly and quick to help. They handed my problem with quick success. They were low pressure on the sale of my new phone, which I was interested in. Overall a very good experience.”
