“I feel we live in a world where people are always quick to complain or heave bad review but don’t take the time to leave a compliment. My elderly parents live in Ottumwa and were having trouble with understanding apps and some tasks on their phones. They stopped into T-Mobile a couple different times and each time the customer service was outstanding. The employees took the time to help them understand their phones and answer all their questions. We are thankful there are still kind people who go above and beyond and provide great customer service!”

“hey try the new order online pickup app!! pretty cool if you kinda know what you need!! we tried it for the first time. click and order style!! and pay online too!! the app tells you when it is ready to pick up. and then you check in at the parking lot in the app with the orange parking area parking space number! they bring out the cart with all your items!! all ready to go!! you inspect the items, and ok the order and you are done in less than 5 min!! NO KIDDING!! why spend over an hour during prime time shopping hours with screaming kids!! if you know what your want shop at home!! click the order and drive over to pick it up!! pretty cool time we live in!! I bet drone delivery from Walmart will be next!! I hear they are testing that in the large city's with amazon!!”
“Mitch and Ken were great. Plans somewhat expensive compared to other options in the area. Data speed much faster tho so if speed is important to you then these guys are the best. If price is important tho I would give it a pass. Great service tho!”
