“I recently moved back to Cedar Rapids and noted a scraping noise under my Corolla chassis when traveling over bumpy roadways. Peeking under the vehicle, there was a large component hanging down which turned out to be a splash shield (who knew?). Having purchased the Corolla at Cedar Rapids Toyota back in 2009 and subsequently serviced at this location, I gave the service department a call and brought in the vehicle for repair. Erick did an excellent job getting me taken care of and the repair was completed the same day for a small charge. A leaking tire valve stem was also replaced which stopped the tire pressure warning light from appearing on the vehicle dashboard. Thanks for the great service.”

On a scale of 10, the shop office kept us up to date with all the changes done and needed to be done with our truck.
On a scale of 10 the shop let us know how long our vehicle would take and how much more time needed and with what needed to be done.

He got almost all OEM parts price matched with what insurance would cover, and worked with me to order a used OEM fender that could not be price matched and was not available new from the manufacturer. They also cleaned my interior! Everything turned out perfect and it was very apparent that Chad and the rest of the staff work extremely hard to deliver exceptional customer service.
