“The 5 stars are for the staff employed by CVS who's customer service was exemplary while helping me at the in-store UPS drop off point. I had pre printed a shipping label prior to bring my package to CVS for drop off. For some reason the label refused to cooperate when they attempted to scan it. I was planning on flying back to Phoenix in the morning and did not have room in my luggage for the items nor did I have access to a printer to print a new paper label. It was also 9pm making CVS the only location in CR open to accept drop-off packages. I was desperate since my flight in the morning made it impossible for me to drop off the package. The employee patiently coached me through the sequence of steps from buying a new label on line to printing it via the Kodak photo kiosk (which cost $0.29 to print) and finally helping me tape it to the package and ensuring it was ready for shipment. This easily took 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. The employee was knowledgeable, professional and personal, all while being a genuinely good soul. They young man working the front register on January 11th around 9pm deserves to be recognized for displaying the character traits every company should strive for. Unfortunately I don't know what his name was but I truly hope this review comes to the attention of his superiors and he is given the recognition that is often taken for granted or never publicly acknowledged after the fact. His integrity demonstrates his dedication as an employee and speaks to his values and character as a human being ans and was a breath of fresh air... Thank you so much for your help! Keep doing what you're doing because it's totally working!

“This Post Office is great and the employees do work harder here than most locations. It’s the people in line that are intolerable. I have heard some of the most ridiculous questions.. zero chance I could hold my composure behind the counter if I had to deal with some of these people.”

“I had a very large, heavy package that I had to return to an online vendor for a refund. I was outside struggling to maneuver the box toward the store entrance, very awkwardly when a nice young man came out of the store. Noticing I was struggling a great deal. He asked if I needed help getting the package inside. I was huffing and puffing and so Thankful for the assistance! I am a sixty year old woman with a bad back, but I live alone with no assistance. So I knew I just had to figure it out, even though the box said Team Lift on it. I followed the young man into the store. He took the package and I right up to the counter. In less than five minutes he had scanned my return label, assured he would check for any missed labels and would retape the corners of the box, which had ripped loose because of my rough handling of the package. Whew, what a relief! Unfortunately. I did not catch the store employees name, but he really made my day! There are really kind souls left in this world! Thank you!”
