“I stopped into O’Reilly Auto Parts because my car alerted me to check the coolant level, and I honestly didn’t even know how to open my hood. Christina helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She could tell right away that I wasn’t familiar with car maintenance, and instead of making me feel awkward or rushed, she was incredibly kind and patient. She helped me open the hood, checked a few things with me, and then took the time to show me some basic but really helpful tips—where the coolant goes, brake fluid, oil, and even how and where I’d jump the car if I ever needed to. I really appreciated how friendly, respectful, and informative she was. She made a stressful moment feel easy and empowering. Huge thanks to Christina for going above and beyond!”

“I went into the store looking for specific sized bleeder valves for Some old problem calipers. The staff knew exactly where the product was located in the store and was able to give me good help and attention in securing the items that I needed. The good news is the items were very fairly priced and they had the quantity that I needed and the sales associate was a great help to us. This was the first time that I had visited this store location but I'll be back because of the excellent service and fair pricing.”
