I had only owned my home for a short time before realizing I had significant drainage issues, including water pooling near my garage and a swampy area forming where the sump pump was draining.

What should have been a straightforward job turned into a much bigger challenge because of the number of utility boxes in my yard and the large amount of buried wiring. To make matters worse, not all of the underground lines were properly marked before the work began.
Despite the unexpected obstacles, Tim and his crew never gave up. They worked through the challenges professionally and carefully, making sure the job was done right. Because the project took longer than expected due to all of the unmarked cables, they even came back afterward and mowed my lawn, leaving my yard looking great when everything was finished.
