“Came in one very cold winter night after Casey’s had already closed. This was the only place in town that was open. Heat in my car didn’t work very good at the time and needed to warm up somewhere quick. Went in probably 5 minutes before they were closing. Spent a few dollars on a drink and a snack. Told him the situation and that I was just wanting to warm up for a few minutes before they closed. Employee was very cool and friendly about it. Offered me some free donuts to take with me when I left and I appreciated that, even though money wasn’t the issue, it was nice to see someone willing to help me out in the ways he could, rather than rushing me out of there so he could close the store and go home faster.”
