From the time I walked in I felt like I was family and they made me feel like I was their only customer. That was the first impression. From there it only got better. The quote that was given to me was hundreds cheaper than all the other places I called and when the work was done, it came in at the quoted price and was done when they said it would be done. From start to finish, my first (and definitely not my last), visit to K & N was one of the best auto shop experiences I have ever had, and believe me, I have had a lot.
