“Yes it's a gas station but what they have inside the convenience store is amazing. Beers you can't find in other places. And the candy, well let's just say it my kids favorite spot. They have all the stuff you only see on social media. And stuf. You'll never see anywhere else in town. A definite must go to. We are there at least once a week.”
“Sam’s Club fuel stations are designed for quick in and out fueling. All one way to keep all traffic moving. In saying that this is the first one I’ve ever been to that had a couple cars coming in the wrong way and swimming up stream. Fortunately the pump traffic was light so the impact was minimal”
“It is a typical gas station with cashiers that mostly have the attitude of working at a gas station. The part that kills me is their unlimited car wash for 2 months. Signed up for trial period and the car wash was closed probably at least 30 out of the 60 days. Rediculas”

“I was on my way back from a trip and my truck broke down and I made it to this store. The people and management where very kind and helpful. I will make it a point to stop here every time I go through Soiux City Ia. Thank ya'll so much for your help.”
“Nice pharmacy and place to get your flu shot. The lunch hour that 7 people have to take at the same time is an odd touch. Miss the full service HyVee offerings and some of the clientele at times is suspect.”

“Not gonna lie, I laughed at the name the first time I went through Iowa. I’m from Arizona so I’ve seen some big laughs for names, but Kum and Go deffinately took the cake. Anyway, I never had bad experience with Kum and Go, I’m not sure why people say the employees are rude or why night is better than day? I have yet to meet anyone in the state of Iowa who wasnt at some level the kind of small town friendly. Then again, never been to Des Moines, where the gangsters supposedly through up a hand a kindly wave at passerbyers on the road…or jack riding mowers and tractors…the staff are no exception. Always friendly, we’re even patient with my ndivisive purchasing.”
“The best public restrooms I've seen in years. Smelled clean, everything wiped clean, floors clean, counters wiped. Paper towels and soap.. Literally as clean as it could be”
“I bought several items and tried to use my debit card and it was denied so I tried to use another card and it was denied and then I tried to use the third card and it was not supported so I ran up to my car and get my money and the cashier deleted my order and made me go back and get in line and the line was around the store.”

“Other than the people who are asking for money with signs it's not that bad very clean and convenient for the neighborhood gas station. They shouldn't let people come to hassle their customers and that is what would stop me from going back is getting bothered by people asking for handouts”

“I like Casey's for certain reasons I love the breakfast pizza and the convenience of some stores that are in town. I would like to see them stay open for a while longer than 11 pm otherwise I like going back Casey's for all the necessities”
“I ordered a pizza and a few items from Casey's to be delivered. The dasher forgot my pizza and then refused to return immediately to pick it up. The store manager at Casey's delivered the pizza to my home along with coupons for a free pizza and cheese sticks!! Thank you do much for going above and beyond to make this customer happy! The dasher was reported by me to Doordash, because that was poor service on his part. Claryssa”

“We stopped in to get some donuts this morning. By we I mean my service dog and I. I felt welcome there, no one was staring at me because I had a service dog. I bought 2 cake donuts, a fountain soda and a bottled water for my dog. Let me tell you those donuts were the best donuts I have ever had. My dog even loved them. The service was great. The woman behind the desk did not judge because I used my EBT. I get disability income but still get about $24 on my EBT every month, I felt welcomed and was treated with respect.”
“I give every Hy-Vee in Sioux City five stars!!! The customer service is always the best! The shelves are stocked and set nicely. The sliced meat counter is the absolutely the best! The people behind the counters of prepared food are knowledgeable and super kind! Unfortunately, the eating area was not so clean. But, I'll take great customer service anytime!”
“This store is just down the street from me. There is a bearded fellow that is top notch. Always very pleasant and polite and great to the customers. I hope Casey’s can keep this man happy with his job because he deserves it.”

“Perfect little store. Great staff and awesome rewards program. I seem to always be getting the hook up with discounts or something free. Always clean everytime I come and gas pumps are always working properly. You guys should be proud!”
“Kathy, Tim, Alex, Dave and gang are very efficient and a pleasure to work with. It was -10 below, the propane was out, or so we thought, and Kathy had sent a tech (I think it was Dave?) out to check the regular and gauge only to discover it was stuck. Once the tech explained things to my wife, our propane level was low at 25% but not totally out. Anyways, these people are a pleasure to work with and explain things very well...especially to those of us city folk who have "gone country"! Thank you!”
“Overall, not bad. They have a decent selection of items and are priced about the same as anyone else in the same market. 11.99 for a six pack of Michelob Ultra should be criminal, but again, they're about the same as anyone unless you just go to a grocery store. Convenience, right?!
When I was there to check out, it came up with a donation. The big goofy guy with glasses, without skipping a beat, reaches over and cancels the donation. I (when I'm able) always round up for a donation. I figure that a dollar here (well, less than) or there doesn't move the needle in terms of my financial situation, so it was a bit frustrating. Alas, not to be a Karen (or in my case, Chad), but also, those options are there for a reason. Don't presume someone doesn't want to donate.”

“Really conveniently located and their pizza is consistently good. I've noticed they're one of the first places to sell firewood for the camping season. Not sure if they sell it year-round.”
“Totts always has my back. They make sure my vehicles (Car, SUV, & Truck) are up and running. The gentlemen/mechanics are friendly, and helpful. They make sure I understand what needs to be repaired. One time, I was unable to take my SUV to their shop and used another mechanic shop. I regretted not towing my vehicle to Totts!?????”
