“I called this office because I couldn’t get ahold of the Sioux City office, and most locations were already closed for the day. I called to see if they could edit or cancel a change of address request that I did online because I realized I made a mistake. I think the phone only rang 1 time before the employee answered, and right away he sounded very genuine and eager to help. Since it was the South Sioux office and the change of address involved Sergeant Bluff and Sioux City, he wasn’t able to look up my change of address. However, he helped me in every other way possible - gave me the numbers and hours of the locations to go to, and that my issue CAN actually be fixed once I go there. I feel SO much better about the issue now than I did before the phone call and he wasn’t even able to fix my problem!!! Now THAT is what you call great customer service!!!!!”
“I can't express enough how amazing the worker named Katie was, she went above and beyond and I mean this strongly when I say, I have not received such great friendly customer service in YEARS! I hope she gets a raise, she deserves it.”
