“Came here to get a set of new tires for my palisade. Was a walk in but had called the day before to make sure the tires were in stock and to see how long it would take. I was told a couple hours to mount, rotate, balance them and do an alignment. Unfortunately due to staffing shortage that day, it took almost 5 hours. I wasn't happy because my job is an on call job and I was now within the window of being called. I could see my service rep Jared felt bad for me did his best to get the job finished as quickly as possible. He also gave me a decent discount for my troubles. Tires were good and car drives great.”
