“As a customer for 50 years, I'm happy to report that this is a great small town bank that really knows and takes care of its customers. On different occasions, their staff have gotten us out of financial difficulties while traveling, once in Arizona and once in eastern Europe. They have facilitated my mortgages, second mortgages, and mortgage refinancing. Time and again they were willing to make financial arrangements that that you only get from a personal banker. In addition, you always speak to helpful and friendly humans; you rarely wait for anything; and they have competitive rates on CDs and checking. I suspect this is how banking works for rich people, but at MVBT it seems to work that way for everybody.”

“I love this bank and have been using it for years. They are really courteous and helpful. The online experience is much better now. The only thing I'd recommend is being able to use this bank while using other services. A lot of times it doesn't come up on the list to be chosen. That's because it's a smaller bank, though. Nonetheless, I've had a very positive experience with Central State Bank.”
