“Purchased a sweet Music Hall turntable from Carey’s Electronics after shopping online through various retailers. I live on the East Coast and came across Carey’s website, and they were offering the best price overall. The transaction was very smooth, shipped quickly, and it was in use in my home just three days after deciding to buy. The deck had a peculiar problem, and I’m almost glad it did, because it led me to meet Mark Carey and a few of his staff members through phone calls. We worked remotely to solve the issue, and Mark even employed the advice of Music Hall’s owner. It was incredible. They shipped a replacement turntable, it’s gorgeous and works flawlessly. Best of all, we got to chat quite a bit, Mark and his team are some of the “good ones” in the audio business world who unpretentiously work with clients like they’re family. Wish I lived closer to meet everyone in person. Can only imagine that, if they’re that good over the phone, it’d be a great place to visit, listen to some impressive gear, and make some friends in the process. Thanks!”

I was probably less than an ideal customer, however LeAnn was working. She not only explained to me why my phone was slowing down, but also ways to prevent it from happening again. Needless to say, I left the store with a faster phone, and a better mood. Thank you for your patience with me!”
