My mother currently uses a cane and walks slowly, so she needed something functional and sturdy, and there were several styles to choose from. The woman that helped my mom pick out new sandals was super helpful, friendly and patient, addressing my mom's needs and made suggestions for a quality pair of sandals.We'll definitely be back to Brown's as they've earned new customers with not only their vast selection of shoes, but also their quality staff.”

“I had a new pair of Crocs that a month into having them they started to make a noise like there was something sticky on them. There wasn't and the floors were clean as well. I took them in and explained this and showed it to them. As they looked fine and didn't show there was anything wrong.I Love Crocs so I was totally disappointed with this. However the Spencer Shoe Sensations store hooked me up! I'm back to being very happy. I will be keeping my shoe buying with this store.”
