“All I can say is WOW! Schaffer’s is completely amazing and was the best experience yet. I had gone to another local bridal store before, and felt completely at home the minute I walked into Schaffer’s. You are greeted immediately and taken upstairs to get a tour and have you and your loved ones look through and pick out some favorite gowns. I worked with Kimberly, and she was so attentive and thoughtful. I never felt pressured once and she was a seasoned expert. She knew exactly what to add to the gown (straps, belt) and took my feedback and what I liked and adapted throughout the appointment. I felt so supported and beautiful the ENTIRE time. The gown selection was one of the best I have seen, and they had a wide variety of sizes which I appreciated to really see how the gown will look in real life. The dresses are split up by price point, making it very easy to stay within your budget going into it.

“I truly had the most incredible experience at Rosalie. From the very beginning stages of reaching out to Chloe to try on dresses. I walked in without a clue in the world what I was looking for. I simply said “Can you choose something you could see on me, this is intimidating.” Chloe grabbed for a dress and the second I put it on my eyes welled with happy tears. It was THE dress. The first shop I had been to and the first dress I tried on. I of course tried on others just to be sure and there were so many options which all came in a close second but I stuck with my gut. We ordered the dress, it came in a timely manner & Chloe had already set me up with a referral for alterations.

When my dress arrived I had an appointment to go try it on a pick it up. It was everything I dreamed of. I had this appointment with Riley. She made me feel so confident and comfortable having never even met her before. She took photos & videos for me. Helped me select the perfect veil and absolutely hyped me up.

“The staff are very professional, friendly, caring, and nice. I felt like the staff truly listened to me when I gave feedback about what I liked or didn’t like about a dress.

I can tell that whoever is in upper management, really knows how to train employees on how to care for customers. Not once was I ever pressured into buying a dress, which made me feel super comfortable and felt like I could really enjoy my experience. I always got the impression that the employees are also well taken care of by their boss, which i feel definitely helps create a positive atmosphere.

The only downside about this store is that I wish the store was bigger so they can expand their collection and that they had a seamstress at the actual store. They do give a list of recommended seamstress. I understand why they don’t have a seamstress but I think it would help them “stand out” from the rest of the bridal shops in the area.”
