I had an appointment which they neglected to acknowledge. After I complained they finally changed my oil. I was the last one. Sorry to say this is not the old Hummels service department. I am very disappointed!

The service department has done an excellent job. Each of the several contacts I have had in the last two months have been positive.Service advisor Don has presented himself in an utmost professional manner. He is notably, knowledgable and competent. His pleasant, patient, and respectful manner certainly contributes to the 5 gold star rating.Nissan is fortunate to have a quality employee like Don. Thank you Don.

Not express service anymore with Willis like it was with Hummells. Need an appointment for an oil change. Used to get right in and out. They told me over 2 hour wait. Went somewhere else and have been going here for 15 years with over 6 leased cars.

Maybe I caught them on a bad week, or maybe it's just the way it is, but difficult to get to the service department. Long hold times. 2 simple recalls completed so nothing really to say about the actual work performed.

I brought a car in in the morning for an express oil change and it was made clear that it was a busy day but they would try to get it in and at least keep me updated throughout the day on if my car could be done or not. Unfortunately, I did not get a call or text with an update if it could be completed or not as I was on a tight travel schedule that day, and when I reached out twice for updates I got little resolution but some half promises. However, if you read this far, parts and service director Denny Fedosa deserves a 5 review himself- he was humble and owned the poor communication error on behalf of his team and went above and beyond to make it right. I would recommend this place for Denny alone - although learn from my trouble and call to make an appointment!

People in the sales department are amazing and have always help me find the right vehicle for my needs. However, I'm hesitant getting my vehicle serviced here again. Misdiagnosed my vehicle, attempted to charge me for something that was not my fault, and event double charged me when I finally picked up my vehicle. I'd definitely purchase another vehicle through them, just avoid the service department at all costs.

Customer service is horrible. I had my van in there to fix my A/C 3 times. $1600 later and it still isn't working. They want another $1,500 to fix the problem they overlooked then offered to make me a deal if I would just trade it in. They repeatedly talked over me and wouldn't listen. I will never buy a Nissan again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had the best experience at Willis Nissan. Thomas is an awesome salesman!! He was very chill and did not pressure me or make me feel like I needed to buy something I didn’t want. He let me know whenever a Rogue came in that he thought would be something I would like. I appreciate him he made the experience a great one!! I would recommend him if your looking for a Nissan.

Debbie Klug is the best sales person I've ever had. she makes the process so easy, doesn't pressure you and definitely takes all the stress away with her her delightful attitude. Debbie goes over and beyond for her customers. Never had such an awesome experience buying a car. Debbie is the best!!!

Worst car buying experience of my life! Went in knowing what I wanted. Try to sell me a car 3 trims below what I wanted and told me that no dealers negotiate or sell cars for less than $5000 over asking anymore. Heard them talking crap about me right outside the door. It would have been my 4th Nissan in a row but I am no longer an owner of that brand. Proud to move on. PS- some dealers do still negotiate.

They even washed my vehicle!! Everyone is so nice and friendly there ! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for oil change!
